With D&P Communications, you get to choose from several different voice features. We make sure you have the phone service you want with the specific features you need. Many of the voice features we offer are included in packages. See below for the full list of voice features we offer.

CALL WAITING / CANCEL CALL WAITING

Allows a person to answer another incoming call while they are already talking on the phone.

CALL FORWARDING

Allows a customer to have all incoming calls forwarded to another number.

SPEED DIAL 8

Allows a customer to call any one of eight frequently called numbers by simply dialing a one digit code.

SPEED DIAL 30

Allows a customer to call any one of thirty frequently called numbers by simply dialing a one or two digit code.

BLOCKING 900 NUMBERS

Allows a customer to put a block to all 900 numbers so that no one can dial them from their number..

VOICEMAIL

Allows you to receive your messages with confidence. Different packages available to meet your needs.

CALLER ID NUMBER

This feature displays the number of person calling you on your caller ID display.

CALLER ID NAME & NUMBER

This feature displays both the name and number of the person calling you on your caller ID display.

TOLL CONTROL WITH PIN

Allows you to control the long distance calls going out of your home by making the caller key in a PIN number in order to make those long distance calls.

CALL FORWARD WHEN BUSY

When you are on the phone and someone calls, instead of getting busy signal they will be forwarded to a pre-programmed phone number you select.

CALL FORWARD DON'T ANSWER

When someone calls and you do not answer the phone, instead of continuous ringing they will be forwarded to a pre-programmed phone number you select.

TEEN SERVICE

A special ring will tell you who the call is for.

CUSTOMER ORIGINATED TRACE

*57 Allows a customer to start a trace on their phone line that will allow authorities to track down the original caller.

SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION

*60 Allows the customer to block certain numbers from calling your house.

SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING

*63 Allows the customer to allow certain numbers/callers to be put on a list that allows those callers to ring through on another line when the main line is currently in use.

AUTOMATIC RECALL

*66 Allows the customer to call a busy line for up to 30 minutes without touching your phone.

AUTOMATIC CALLBACK

*69 Allows the customer to call the last person to call them back without knowing the callers number.

DISTINCTIVE RINGING/CALL WAITING

Allows the customer to pick certain people to have a distinctive ring tone that allows the customer to know who is on the other end of the line.

3 WAY CALLING

Allows a customer to add a third party to an established connection without an operator.
